Improve Guest Experience and Maximize Revenue with Flexible Booking Cutoffs

We're excited to introduce Flexible Booking Cutoffs — giving you smarter, more precise control over when guests can book.
 
You can now configure booking windows by day of the week, down to the hour, with the ability to override specific dates as needed. Open same-day on a quiet Tuesday, set a 4pm cutoff on Sundays, and lock down Spring Break weekend — all from one place, no manual toggling required.
 
It's a better booking experience for your guests, and a calendar that works exactly the way you need it to.

How-To Guide:

Start by logging into the Partner Portal, and clicking the "Calendar" tab on the left.

1) Make bulk edits to your booking cutoffs

Select the "Bulk edit inventory & pricing" button in the top right of your calendar.

2) Set your parameters

Start by choosing the pass or treatment you'd like to edit. Next, select the date range, and days of the week you'd like the edits to apply to. For example, you might want to allow same-day booking Mon - Thurs all summer to capture more last-minute bookings where your schedule allows it.

3) Update your booking cutoff

In the "Booking Cutoff" section, select "Change Cutoff," select same-day, 1 day before, or 2 days before, then select the booking cutoff time.

4) Update an individual inventory date

If you want to open up last-minute bookings on a particularly slow day, you can also click on a single date in your calendar view. Select "Custom" and you'll see booking cutoff window options just like you saw in the bulk editor. Pick the Cutoff and time that work best for you on that given day, and click "Save."
