Even with those limitations, the property drove $385,000 in sales in their first year on ResortPass.
In 2023, the property opened up day pass inventory. They offered up to 12 day passes per day depending on occupancy, doubled the number of cabanas they offered, and began renting out daybeds. This allowed them to welcome up to 30 day guests per day to enjoy their amenities. Gross sales in 2023 soared to $892,000.
Now in 2025, this property is on track to hit its first million-dollar year. They recently added an Adult Spa Pass that drove $7,600 in sales in just 3 weeks.
Through all of these years, this property has continued to maintain high ratings, even ranking highly in Condé Nast Traveler's 2024 Readers' Choice Awards. This goes to show that luxury properties can welcome day guests and earn serious revenue, while still maintaining a standard of excellence for their overnight guests.
