How much does ResortPass cost?

It’s 100% free to join. There are no setup, monthly or annual fees. We only make money when you make money. We charge a small commission fee for bookings and then you keep 100% of any onsite spend like F&B which is often 2-3x the booking cost.

How does implementation and onboarding work?

Implementation has no enrollment cost or IT required. You’ll have an onboarding specialist to ensure your success right from the start. Provide your products, images, and prices and our team will have your page ready within a week. Our Partner Portal management software can be used on web or app. 

How are accounts managed?

You'll be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who is always available to strategize, answer questions and update your listing for you. Plus, you'll receive revenue boost recommendations through our Partner Portal software.

Who handles day guest customer service?

We do! ResortPass has a fully staffed customer support team working 7 days a week to support all day guest inquiries or issues.
