New! Dynamic Pricing is Live

Dynamic Pricing is now available on all day pass, spa pass, and poolside products. This new feature helps your hotel maximize revenue by automatically adjusting rates based on the total number of units sold. This summer, enjoy automated pricing changes that reflect industry best practices for driving the most possible revenue.

Early adopters see increased bookings and sales.

• A 4-star beachside hotel in South Beach, Miami enabled dynamic pricing on their pool products and nearly doubled bookings and sales from April 2024 - April 2025, growing gross monthly sales from $37,872 to $69,558.
• A 5-star Caribbean hotel grew gross monthly sales by 150% from March 2024 to March 2025 after enabling dynamic pricing.

How it works:

• Dynamic pricing is set per product and per day of the week.
• You will enter the minimum and maximum prices for each product on the selected days of the week.
• The price of the product will automatically adjust as more units are sold. 
• You may adjust the minimum and maximum prices in bulk, or on a given calendar day.

How to set up dynamic pricing in the Partner Portal:

Permissions: Admin Only.

1. Navigate to the Calendar.
2. Click “Bulk update pricing & inventory”.
3. Select the product you wish to update from the dropdown.
4. Select the dates you wish to edit, and the days of the week you wish to apply this to.
   Tip: You likely will apply different pricing for weekdays vs. weekends, which means you will first select Monday-Friday and then do this process again for Saturday + Sunday.
5. Under “Day Guests”, select the “Change Price” box. Then, select “Dynamic Pricing”.
6. Enter the minimum and maximum price. The first unit will be sold for the minimum price, and the last unit will be sold for the maximum price on any given day.
7. Click “Update” and then “Confirm”.

Repeat this process for each product and days of the week.

Now you’ll be able to see the current price of the next unit sold from your Calendar when you hover your cursor over the day.

How to adjust dynamic pricing on a specific day:

1. Navigate to the Calendar and select the product from the dropdown at the top. 
2. Click on the day you wish to make changes to.
3. Under “Dynamic Pricing”, adjust the minimum and maximum prices. Save your changes.

Note: Dynamic pricing is available for every product type except Group Packages.
