Located just outside of Chicago, the Hyatt Lodge at Oak Brook Reserve is the perfect place to escape the city for a day. Ranging between $20-$140, their day pass offerings include access to the heated indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, "His and Hers" dry sauna, steam room, and access to the local trails and gardens. Guests can enjoy food and drinks from the Water's Edge Restaurant and Hearth Lodge. In addition to the day pass revenue, guests typically spend $200 on-site in F&B and other incremental revenue. On top of the over $100,000 in day pass reservations, General Manager Robert Brand, estimates a total additional lift of $40,000 in revenue from food and beverage at the property.
Since seeing the instant success of day passes, the hotel has expanded its offerings on ResortPass to include monthly memberships, boardroom meeting spaces, birthday party packages, spa passes, and other events. With the full flexibility to add any time of product, the hotel is able to efficiently monetize its under-utilized amenities during slower or non-peak times. During the cold winter months, the hotel has averaged over $10,000 in monthly revenue through its product offers on ResortPass. The additional exposure is also introducing new guests to their monthly membership.

In addition to their staple packages, you will find unique events such as Valentine's Day Dinner for $50 per person and Whiskey Tastings packages for $99 per person. The hotel controls 100% of the inventory and pricing in an easy-to-use central system. By releasing any available inventory on our marketplace, the hotel has been able to optimize revenue and receive bookings immediately.
